Staff provides linkage to mental health services, medical services, entitlements and housing. Staff provide daily support at the homeless drop-in center located at the Salvation Army. Regular outreach visits are also made to the Trenton Area Soup Kitchen, Rescue Mission, Food Court and local parks to assess and engage persons who are homeless and mentally ill. In addition, case management services, nursing assessments, psychiatric evaluations and medication management services are provided weekly at the Rescue Mission. Various sites and hours.
